All Saints' Church, Falmouth is a parish church in the Church of England located in Falmouth, Cornwall, United Kingdom.

The foundation stone for this church was laid by the Duke of Cornwall in 1887.[1] It was designed by the architect J. D. Sedding in the Gothic Revival style.[2] The aisles are narrow and there is a large east window of five lancets.[3]
The church was consecrated on 17 April 1890 by the Bishop of Barbados, the Rt Revd Herbert Bree, in place of the Bishop of Truro, Dr Wilkinson, who was ill.
The pipe organ was built by Hele & Co of Plymouth in 1887.
